After surviving rather a dramatic 9 months of 2025,

I can finally announce, with cautious excitement,

 

House of Fermentation will reopen in 2026, in a newly renovated space at Jan Hanzenstraat 147.

​

This relaunch was only possible because so many of you kept showing up

with kindness, encouragement, and steady belief in who I am as a person, and what this craft stands for.

​

Your support carried me through one of the most difficult chapters of my life and work.

 

In the year 2026, the year of the Fire Horse,

I look forward to welcoming all of you

behind the big green doors,

to ferment, to learn, to share a meal, and to

begin again.
