our kimchi is rich in nutrition and health benefits.

Carefully researching the history behind Kimchi leads to selecting the right ingredients, which back our Kimchi's authenticity.

Our Kimchi is vegan by including much better replacements, made with more natural ingredients, nutrition diversity, and health benefits.

the road: choosing to stay with a glass jar and

return for reuse is the right road.

The road still has more bumps and challenges,

but we are empowered to

continue paving the road together.

Carrying on this practice, any new products added to House of Fermentation are sold in returnable solutions.

Some Workshops are scheduled in the evening. The timeslot above is for the shop front and the kitchen.
